What Inkling is

Inkling (inkling.gallery) draws pictures from your descriptions and photos and shows the drawing being made. It is run by Mark Hansen, an individual, from the United States.

Your account

You may try Inkling without an account. To keep credits, share drawings, or buy anything you need an account, which you create by email or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Inkling, and at least 18 to buy credits or a plan.

Credits and plans

Drawings cost credits. The current prices, what each purchase includes, and how long credits last are shown on the pricing section of the home page and on your account page at the time you buy. Plan credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Pack credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a drawing does not come out, its credits are returned automatically.

Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

What you make

You own the drawings you make with Inkling, to the extent the law allows, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You give us permission to store them and to show the ones you choose to share, including in the public gallery unless you turn that off when sharing.

What you must not do

Do not use Inkling to make sexual content involving minors, content meant to harass or defame a real person, or content that infringes the rights of others. Do not upload photos you have no right to use. Do not try to get around credit limits, abuse the free allowance with many accounts, scrape the service, or interfere with it. We may pause or close accounts that do these things and may refuse to draw certain requests.

How drawings are made

Your description or photo is sent to a third-party image service to produce the picture that Inkling then draws. Results vary and may not match what you had in mind. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Availability and changes

Inkling is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features and prices; price changes for an existing plan take effect at your next renewal after we tell you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from Inkling is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
