Drawings that do not arrive

If a drawing fails, its credits are returned to you immediately and automatically. You never pay for a picture that did not appear.

Credit packs

A pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. If some have been used, we can refund the unused portion at the per-credit price of the pack, at our discretion. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Monthly plan

You can cancel any time and keep using the plan until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months. If you were charged in error, or a renewal went through after you cancelled, tell us and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email markdfm@gmail.com from the address on your account and say what you would like refunded. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
